The OJJDP FY 2015 Victims of Child Abuse (VOCA) Act Training and Technical Assistance for Child Abuse Prosecutors program will fund a national training and technical assistance program for attorneys and others who are involved in the criminal prosecution of child abuse to enhance the effectiveness of

credit:


the investigation and prosecution of such crimes.

This program is authorized under the Victims of Child Abuse Act 42 U.S.C.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Eligibility is limited to national organizations with broad membership among attorneys who prosecute criminal cases in state courts and have demonstrated experience in providing training and technical assistance to prosecutors.

OJJDP welcomes applications that involve two or more entities; however, one eligible entity must be the applicant and the others must be proposed as subrecipients.

The applicant must be the entity with primary responsibility for administering the funding and managing the entire program.

Only one application per lead applicant will be considered; however, subrecipients may be part of multiple proposals.
