The Office of Population Affairs (OPA) announces the availability of approximately $ 3. 8 million in Fiscal Year (FY) 2012 funds, inclusive of indirect costs, to support four (4) cooperative agreements for Family Planning Training and Technical Assistance Centers (FPTTAC), Part A of this Funding Opportunity

Successful applicants will provide both training and technical assistance in the identified priority areas to enhance the level of performance of family planning services projects funded under Title X of the Public Health Service Act.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Any public or private nonprofit entity located in any one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, U. S. Virgin Islands, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Republic of Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands is eligible to apply for a grant under this announcement.

Faith-based organizations and American Indian/Alaskan Native/Native American (AI/AN/NA) organizations are eligible to apply for these Title X family planning general training and technical assistance cooperative agreements.

Private nonprofit entities must provide proof of nonprofit status.
