U.S. College Preparatory Program

The U. S. Embassy Kigali Public Diplomacy Section is pleased to announce a funding opportunity through the Educational and Cultural Exchange Programs Appropriation Overseas Grants.The grantee will coordinate with the EducationUSA Advisor of the Public Diplomacy Section to carry out a college preparatory


program for 30 students who will apply to U. S. colleges and universities for Winter 2025 and Fall 202 6. The college preparatory course will cover SAT, English proficiency classes, and essay writing skills.

The grantee will also be responsible for paying for one SAT exam for each student and for one DuoLingo English test and one CSS profile account each.

The EducationUSA Office-Kigali invites all qualified individuals and organizations to submit proposals by 12:00 p.m.
