The U. S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA) is pleased to invite interested U. S. institutions of higher education to submit information on prospective approaches to managing and implementing a Conventional Weapons Destruction


(CWD) fellowship program.
