Through this Agreement, the Foundation will provide financial and administrative support to the Governance Committee of the Platte River Recovery Implementation Program (Program).

The Program provides Endangered Species Act compliance, which is critical for the continued operation of Reclamation’s

credit:


projects on the North Platte and South Platte Rivers.
