Rural Placement Innovation Challenge (RPIC)

The Deputy Under Secretary for Rural Development is seeking applications from organizations to provide planning and/or implementation technical assistance to rural communities to foster placemaking under the Rural Placemaking Innovation Challenge (RPIC).

by the USDA Rural Development Innovation Center and is announcing up to $1,000,000 in competitive cooperative agreement funds in fiscal year (FY) 202 0. This funding opportunity lists the information needed to submit an application for the funds and announces that Rural Development (the Agency) is accepting FY 2020 applications to support RPIC.
