Grant funding is available for Cooperative Development Centers, individual Cooperatives, or Groups of Cooperatives that serve socially-disadvantaged groups and where a majority of their governing board is comprised of members of socially-disadvantaged groups or at least 75 percent of their membership

The SSDPG Program is authorized by § 310B (e) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C.

1932).

The primary objective of the SSDPG program is to provide Technical Assistance to Small, Socially-Disadvantaged Agricultural Producers.
