Education for Children and Youth Program in El Salvador

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks an implementer for a program aimed at improving educational opportunities for vulnerable/disadvantaged lower secondary level students, and out of school youth ages 12-24 years living in selected municipalities with high crime rates


in El Salvador.

A pre-application conference will be held in El Salvador o/a 20 March 2012 at a place and time to be announced thru an amendment to the RFA.

The RFA is limited to Salvadoran Organizations only.

The organization must have its principal place of business in El Salvador, be managed by a governing body, where the majority are citizens or lawfully admitted permanent residents of El Salvador, must NOT be controlled by a foreign entity or by an individual(s) who are not citizens or permanent residents of El Salvador.
