The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to support early to mid-stage research focused on development of alternative human models of acute and/or delayed radiation-induced injuries (extracorporeal systems) to elucidate mechanisms of injury and to test medical countermeasures to treat
