This is a Request for Information (RFI).
USAID/Southern Africa is requesting information that may support an anticipated design of a new activity “Regional Countering Trafficking in Persons (C-TIP) for Southern Africa”.
USAID/Southern Africa is exploring a regional approach
to C-TIP that will undertake relevant in-country and regional interventions.
To that end, USAID/Southern Africa is reaching out to all interested parties through this RFI to obtain comments and suggestions.
Such information may be used to strengthen the activity design and more fully develop innovative approaches to support governments in the region to prevent and respond to trafficking in persons (TIP).
The Southern African region is understood to include countries that are members of the Southern African Development Community (SADC):
Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eswatini, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
