Food Security, Nutrition and Resilience in Liberia

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) mission in Liberia has developed a draft concept and Theory of Change (TOC) to provide stakeholders an opportunity to review, comment, and make suggestions to enhance the Food Security, Nutrition and Resilience in Liberia activity design.

would like feedback on the entire document including responses to questions attached to the cover letter.The draft TOC is anticipated to result in finalizing either a Statement of Work or a Program Description that may lead to a formal solicitation or Notice of Funding Opportunity.

The place of performance is Liberia.

The potential period of performance is five (5) years.

Some NRAs may be issued jointly with a non-U. S. organization, e.g., those concerning guest observing programs for jointly sponsored space science programs, that will contain additional special guidelines for non-U. S. participants.
