The Liberia Youth Activity

The Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) at United States Agency for International Development (USAID) mission in Liberia has developed a draft concept, Theory of Change (TOC) and accompanying Results Framework to provide stakeholders an opportunity to review, comment, and make suggestions to

enhance the integrated youth activity design.

USAID/Liberia would like feedback on the entire document.

The draft TOC is anticipated to result in finalizing either a Statement of Work or a Program Description that may lead to a formal solicitation or Notice of Funding Opportunity.

The place of performance is Liberia and the period of performance could be up to five (5) years.

The draft concept is provided in the instruction under the package tab of this opportunity.
