Implementation of public-private partnerships

The Secretary’s Office of Global Partnerships (S/GPI) at the U. S. Department of State (DOS) is pleased to issue this request for Statements of Interest and Capacity (SOIC) from organizations with the capacity to implement and manage public-private partnerships or programs that are innovative, agile

and impactful to assist S/GPI with activities across sectors, industries and borders as they arise.

All SOICs will be reviewed against the stated criteria outlined below in this announcement.

Organizations which have submitted acceptable SOICs will be registered and placed on a list maintained by S/GPI.

Pre-qualified organizations may be invited at any time in the next 5 years to submit a proposal to respond to a specific S/GPI partnership activity that would benefit from partnering with the Department of State and a non-Federal government organization.

U. S. registered organizations, including non-profit and for-profit, are eligible to submit an SOIC for consideration.
