The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U. S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan is pleasedto announce a competition for assistance awards through this Request for Grant Proposals(RFGP).
PAS Kabul invites all eligible organizations (see Section IV for EligibilityRequirements) to submit a proposal for
the development, production, and disseminationof a nationally broadcast television series that illustrates the important work of theAfghan 119 Emergency Services Call Center (ESCC) and the Afghan National Police(ANP).

Additional Information of Eligibility:Eligibility is open to all U.S., Afghan, and international organizations or companies with direct experience in multimedia development, design, and production, and a proven track record of success implementing projects in Afghanistan.
Organizations must demonstrate current country registration license (when applicable), competent programmatic ability and be able to meet reporting requirements.
Non-Afghan organizations or companies are required to partner with an Afghan organization or company.
