Track II Activities for India and Pakistan

The U. S. Department of State, Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA), announces an Open Source RFP inviting organizations to submit a proposal supporting people-to-people activities between the people of India and Pakistan.

These activities should expand people-to-people relationships

between non-officials (e.g.

academic scholars, artists, and social activists), strengthen peaceful regional relationships, and increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of India and Pakistan.

Proposals for up to $350,000 are requested in the following thematic areas:
Cross-Border Trade and Economic Cooperation, Combating Gender-Based Violence, and the Arts.
