CT announces a NOFO for organizations interested in submitting proposals for a program to develop strategic communications capability specifically geared toward Bangladeshi law enforcement officials at the provincial level working to prevent and respond to terrorist threats and activities in their communities.

Civilian security personnel in countries on the frontlines of terrorism, such as Bangladesh, oftentimes do not have the skills or institutional support to effectively communicate their mission and day-to-day operations to affected stakeholders such as community members, civil society, and the private sector, including through building relationships with media and establishing a social media presence.

Eligible Applicants In order to be eligible for this funding opportunity an Applicant must:  Be a public or private entity, organization, or individual that intends to use funding awarded under this Announcement to provide outreach, financial support, and/or technical assistance to next generation R&D-focused small businesses in order to increase SBIR/STTR proposals and awards; and  Be endorsed by the appropriate state governor or their authorized designee as the only approved applicant from that state.
