Responsible Recovery and Handling of Mercury from Contaminated Tailings and Riverbeds in Colombia

To reduce the use and release of mercury from Colombia's Artisanal and Small-Scale Gold Mining (ASGM) sector through the responsible recovery and handling of mercury from contaminated tailings and riverbeds.

This project will provide both technical and policy recommendations for consideration


by the multiple ministries regulating mercury and the ASGM sector in Colombia.
