The “Offset National Emissions through Sustainable Landscapes (ONE-SL)” Program is a cooperative agreement that will support the transition from project-scale Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD+) to jurisdictional and national REDD+ action in select countries
to achieve greater emissions reductions and to utilize any excess emissions as marketable transactions for carbon offsets to commercial actors.

Additional Information of Eligibility:Eligibility is limited to U. S. non-profit/nongovernmental organizations subject to section 501 (c) (3) of the U. S. tax code, foreign non-profit organizations, U. S. and foreign educational institutions, and public international organizations.
Technically eligible submissions are those which: 1) arrive electronically to www.grants.gov or SAMS Domestic by the designated deadline; 2) have heeded all instructions contained in the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), including length and completeness of submission; and 3) do not violate any of the guidelines stated in the solicitation and this document.
