Lower Mekong, and other relevant stakeholders committed to supporting sustainable prosperity and autonomy among Mekong states.

The track 1. 5 dialogue series will support opportunities for U. S. allies and partners to promote a shared vision of the Mekong and provide space to discuss and promote the work of USG-led Mekong initiatives.

Dialogue themes may include but are not limited to:
water governance, regional energy integration and transmission, Mekong connectivity, economic and infrastructure development, non-traditional security such as transnational crime, and other salient policy topics as determined between the Department of State and the awardee.

Each dialogue should be constructed in such a way to be policy relevant, interactive, and accessible to general audiences, rather than merely providing a platform for technical presentations and/or academic discussions.

Led by regional experts, the interactive dialogues will encourage data sharing, dissemination of best practices, bolster institutional partnerships, and seek innovative policy solutions to key transboundary priorities and challenges.

Questions and Answers document will be uploaded to Grants.gov no later than June 16, 202 0.
