Supporting Partner Nations to Counter Foreign Disinformation and Propaganda

One (1) Cooperative Agreement for up to $1,250,000 U. S. Dollars (USD) in FY 2021 ESF will be awarded for work that will empower officials across all levels of government in foreign countries to build internal capacity necessary to recognize and counter state-sponsored disinformation and propaganda from


the People’s Republic of China (PRC).

The initial period of performance will be for twenty-four (24) months.
