The U. S. Department of State, Bureau of Political Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PMWRA) is pleased to invite eligible organizations to submit applications for a cooperative agreement to conduct a physical security and stockpile management program (PSSM) in the West Africa


region during fiscal year 2023 and 202 4. Specific goals, objectives, and technical requirements for application packages are detailed below.

PMWRA anticipates awarding up to 1,200,000 U. S. dollars under this funding opportunity.
