Analyzing How Mandarin Language Disinformation Works on YouTube

A Cooperative Agreement for up to $345,000 U. S. Dollars (USD) will be awarded for work that will identify university ecosystems in countries most vulnerable to problematic influence suppressing free expression and academic production and will develop a suite of programming to advance and protect academic


freedom and freedom of expression.

The initial period of performance will be for up to 18 months.

Award is contingent on availability of funds.

The GEC may make awards through this solicitation to U. S. and foreign non-profit organizations, institutions of higher education, and commercial entities.

Individuals, state and local governments, foreign public entities, and public international organizations are not eligible to apply.
