FY10 Promote, Support and Build Capacity in the Medical Reserve Corps

This announcement seeks proposals from public and nonprofit private entities to promote, support and build capacity in the Medical Reserve Corps network.

It is anticipated that only one cooperative agreement - with year one funds in the amount of $5,650,000 ¿ will be awarded.

A cooperative

credit:


agreement is an award instrument of financial assistance where ¿substantial involvement¿ is anticipated between the HHS awarding agency and the recipient during performance of the contemplated project or activity.

¿Substantial involvement¿ means that the recipient can expect Federal programmatic collaboration or participation in managing the award.
