The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Lusaka, Zambia is seeking applications restricted to qualified local organizations for funding a five-year program to support the Government of the Republic of Zambias (GRZ) goal of eliminating gender-based violence (GBV) in
a holistic, systematic and comprehensive manner through a multi-sectoral and multi-dimensional approach.
The purpose of the STOP GBV Access to Justice Project is to improve access to justice for adult and children survivors of GBV by building the capacity of GBV service providers as well as the policymakers, police, courts, and community leaders in GBV case management and implementation of laws.
The program is also expected to provide legal aid to survivors to ensure success of cases in court, as fully described in the following Request for Application (RFA).
