Strategic Prevention Framework – Partnerships for Success for Communities, Local Governments, Universities, Colleges, and Tribes/Tribal Organizations

The purpose of this program is to help reduce the onset and progression of substance misuse and its related problems by supporting the development and delivery of community-based substance misuse prevention and mental health promotion services.

The program is intended to expand and strengthen


the capacity of local community prevention providers to implement evidence-based prevention programs.This NOFO will remain open for three fiscal years.The following are the due dates for each FY:FY 2023:

Applications are due by June 5, 2025Applications submitted by the due date will be reviewed and funding decisions will be made by the end of the FY.Applicants that do not receive funding are eligible to apply for the following fiscal year.
