Ukraine Public Diplomacy Capacity Building Project - Advisor

The U. S. Embassy in Kyiv invites eligible organizations or individuals to submit proposals to develop and implement a one-year program to assist the Government of Ukraine to develop public diplomacy capacity.

Central to the effort will be a U. S. advisor embedded in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.



Periodic additional travel by other U. S. citizens to consult on specific program elements may be considered.
