Rule of Law and Human Rights (ROL/HR)

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications (proposals for funding) from U. S. or non-U. S. non-profit or for-profit nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), public international organizations (PIO or IO), or other qualified non-USG organizations to implement


a program to support rule of law and human rights activities in Cambodia.

The authority for the RFA is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended.
