Assistance Agreement for funding a program for the implementation of ?the Support Services for

Vulnerable Populations? Program in Rwanda.

The main objective is to reduce the risk


and impact of

HIV/AIDS and other health conditions on most vulnerable populations in Rwanda, especially people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHA), orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) and their families.
