Zanzibar Teacher Upgrading by Radio (ZTUR)

The pupose of this solicitation and the resulting award, is to assist the Ministry of Education and Vocation Training (MoEVT) to upgrade lower secondary teachers, and especially those teaching pre-primary, through in-service training delivered by radio.

The agreement seeks to build upon previous


innovations and expand the radio-based capacity of MoEVT to develop and deliver in-service teacher training.
