Conservation Reserve Program Access and Engagement Assessment

Notice of Funding Opportunity Summary FPAC is announcing the availability of cooperative agreement funding to assess how best to resolve institutional and policy-related barriers in USDA to Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) participation and to market CRP to a diverse set of potential participants.

The


project will culminate in the funding recipient working with FSA to pilot the solution identified by the assessment.

Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and academic institutions are eligible to submit a statement of interest by July 23, 202 2. Up to $1,000,000 is available to conduct the assessment.

Key Dates Applicants must submit a brief statement of interest via Grants.gov by 11:59 pm Eastern Time on July 23, 202 2. For technical issues with Grants.gov, contact Grants.gov Applicant Support at 1- 800-518-4726 or support@grants.gov.

Awarding agency staff cannot support applicants regarding Grants.gov accounts.

Selected applicants will be invited by August 2, 2022 to submit a full application by September 1, 2022 directly to the Federal awarding agency contact (section G of this NFO) and not via Grants.gov, with awards executed by September 30, 202 2. These dates are estimates and are subject to change.
