2010 PRISM Grant Opportunity

Section 4109 of SAFETEA–LUprovides funding for States to implement the Performance and Registration Information SystemsManagement (PRISM) requirements that link Federal motor carrier safety information systems with State CMV registration and licensing systems to enable a State to determine the safety

credit:


fitness of a motor carrier or registrant when licensing or registering or while the license or registration is in effect.

Applications for FY 2010 PRISM funds are due December 1, 200 9. Applications submitted thereafter will be considered on a case-by-case basis, if any PRISM funding remains available.
