Management Species Cook Inlet Beluga Prey (Marine) Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska This Cooperative Agreement will provide support to JBER’s marine ecology and marine mammal programs.
The cooperating agency shall provide a Principal Investigator (PI) with demonstrated experience
credit:
planning and executing beluga acoustics projects in upper Cook Inlet (preferentially Knik Arm).
The PI will hold a PhD and preferably have experience working in Cook Inlet or working with belugas.
This is intended as a three-year, iterative study (Base, Option Year 1 and Option Year 2) This SOW in the Funding Opportunity Announcement describes only the first year of the study.
Option years should not be included in the budget submitted.
