Native American Consultation Meeting

Coordinate and develop a Native American consultation meeting with the following Tribes:
Ak-Chin Indian Community, Fort Sill Apache Tribe, Gila River Indian Community, Hopi Tribe, Mescalero Apache Tribe, Pascua Yaqui Tribe, Pueblo of Zuni, Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, San Carolos Apache

Tribe, Tohono O’odham Nation, and White Mountain Apache Tribe (“Tribes”).

This consultation will incorporate input and perspectives on ongoing and planned military mission expansion.The Recipient shall perform all necessary travel coordination, professional analysis, and work required for a tribal consultation meeting with eleven (11) Native American Tribes at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.

Fort Huachuca will host a one-day tribal consultation meeting at a date to be determined once input is received from tribal representatives.

The Recipient shall make arrangements for and coordinate the consultation meeting, reimburse Tribal representatives for travel expenses, and prepare draft and final meeting minutes.
