7200AA24APS00004, the U. S. Agency for International Development (USAID)’s Innovation, Technology, and Research Hub (ITR) seeks to engage a Prime entity or entities

credit:


to source, support, and fund research partnerships between low- and middle-income country (LMIC) research institutions and U.S.-based institutions on topics important to global development.USAID reserves the right to award more or fewer awards OR none at all.

All terms and conditions of the 2024-2029 EXPLORE APS1 apply.

As stated in the EXPLORE APS and in this Addendum, strong Concept Notes may be placed in an eligible pool of Applicants for the life of the EXPLORE APS, which USAID may wish to engage in further discussion should additional funds or opportunities arise.

S. Territory or Possession; Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Organizations) are not eligible to apply.

Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U. S. Organizations are not eligible to apply.
