This notice announces the availability of funds and solicits applications from eligible entities (See Section III) for creation and management of an environmental education outreach program in the US section of the US Mexico Border region designed to reach K-12, undergraduate, and graduate students and

provide training to assist them in pursuing careers in air quality management, and increase their awareness and understanding of environmental risks stemming from air pollution and related environmental justice concerns.
