This NOFA announces the availability of approximately $2 million to provide grants to public housing authorities (PHAs) to deploy education navigators to provide individualized assistance to randomly selected public housing youth between the ages of 15-20 and their families in FAFSA completion, financial
literacy and college readiness, postsecondary program applications and post-acceptance assistance.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Eligible applicants are public housing authorities (PHAs) (including newly established consolidated PHAs) that have Annual Contribution Contract units.
Non-profit organizations, resident associations, and for-profit organizations are not eligible to apply for funding under this NOFA.
Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
