Subject to the availability of funds, USDOL’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) intends to provide additional funding without full and open competition to an existing cooperative agreement with IMPAQ International, LLC to develop additional features for the monitoring tool IMPAQ has developed under the original award.
