Utilize interns to assist with critical assessments of bat populations

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD:
This is not a request for applications.

This provides public notice of the National Park Service’s intention to award a task agreement under a previously awarded cooperative agreement.

This project supports Mammoth Cave National Park’s aggressive


response and monitoring activities associated with white-nose syndrome disease in bats.

These interns will play a role in the coordinated, national response to the disease which is devastating bat populations in the eastern United States, including endangered species.
