Box 47600, Olympia, WA 98504-760 0. This is a noncompetitive award in accordance with Department of Interior Policy, Departmental Manual 505DM2 based upon Unique Qualifications and Cost Sharing.
WCC is uniquely qualified to perform the activity based upon demonstrated factors, specifically, location, voluntary support capacity, cost sharing ability, technical expertise, and other unique qualifications as outlined in this document.
