BJA FY25 Office of Justice Programs Community Based Violence Intervention and Prevention Initiative Site-Based
With this funding opportunity, OJP seeks to prevent and reduce violent crime through comprehensive, evidence-informed violence intervention programs focused on those at highest risk.
These programs include efforts to address gang and gun violence using community violence intervention strategies based on partnerships among community residents, local government agencies, victim service providers, community-based organizations (CBOs), law enforcement, hospitals, researchers, and other community stakeholders.
