Since 1998, the Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws (EUDL) Program’s training and technical assistance initiative has supported state and local efforts to prohibit the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors and the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors, defined as persons under 21 years
