NPS, Southern California Research Leaning Center SCRLC, and Santa Monica Mountains Fund SMMF, will jointly implement a research and education grants and internship program for three


national park units, Cabrillo National Monument, Santa Monica National Recreation Area, and Channel Islands National park.
