Yosemite Valley Merced River Restoration: Develop In-Channel Structures to Restore River Function

The National Park Service (NPS) is requesting proposals from a potential recipient to collaboratively develop restoration and impact mitigation measures for the Merced River in east Yosemite Valley, Yosemite National Park.

As a component of this project, the recipient will also also complete a


detailed study of hydraulic and geomorphic impacts of the Sugar Pine Bridge and mitigations thereto as identified in the Merced Wild and Scenic River Comprehensive Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statement.
