FY 2017 Notice of Funding Opportunity for NGO Programs Benefiting: Malian Refugees in Burkina Faso, Mauritania, and Niger; Nigerian Refugees in Niger; Refugee Returnees in Mali, Senegal, or Cote d'Ivoire

Proposed activities should primarily support Malian refugees in Burkina Faso, Mauritania, or Niger; Nigerian refugees in Niger; and/or refugee returnees in Mali, Cote d'Ivoire, or Senegal, as outlined below.

Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable

credit:


solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, for Burkina Faso, Mauritania, or Niger, PRM will consider funding only those projects that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees.

If programming in Mali, Cote d'Ivoire, or Senegal, at least 50 percent of the beneficiaries must be refugee returnees.
