This is a funding opportunity for NGO programs benefiting refugees and other vulnerable populations in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Central Asia.

For Afghanistan, proposals must focus on activities supporting protection, including child protection and/or gender-based violence prevention and response,

credit:


Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), livelihoods, and psychosocial assistance.

For Pakistan, proposed programs should address protection, including legal protection, child protection and/or gender-based violence prevention and response, education (primary only), livelihoods, and psychosocial assistance.

For Central Asia, proposals will be considered for activities supporting protection, including strengthening institutional capacity for providing protection, legal protection, child protection and/or gender-based violence prevention and response, and livelihoods.

Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those projects that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent Afghan refugee returnees and internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Afghanistan, Afghan refugees in Pakistan, and Afghan refugees and stateless individuals in Central Asia.
