Overview:
The purpose of these agreements will be to increase the participation of Historically Underserved Farmers and Ranchers that includes Beginning Farmers, Limited Resource producers, Socially Disadvantaged Landowners and Veterans in USDA programs while increasing their access to and awareness

of present and future conservation programs and practices.
The programs outlined and instituted under these agreements will create and increase more revenue for Historically Underserved Farmers and Ranchers that includes Beginning Farmers, Limited Resource producers, Socially Disadvantaged Landowners and Veterans and aide in education and risk management, computer literacy, financial literacy and legislative processes.
Additionally, these agreements will provide outreach and information on programs and initiatives that build capacity for Historically Underserved Farmers and Ranchers that includes Beginning Farmers, Limited Resource producers, Socially Disadvantaged Landowners and Veterans.
It will provide requisite skills for participation in crop production processes that enable them to become sufficient and self-sustainable.
The project will foster assistance in providing outreach and technical assistance to Historically Underserved Farmers and Ranchers that includes Beginning Farmers, Limited Resource producers, Socially Disadvantaged Landowners and Veterans thus adding them in securing adequate resources for long-term growth.
The primary focus will be but not limited to the 66 StrikeForce Counties in Mississippi to expand the number and depth of engagement of the landowners they serve in NRCS Programs, and to report on outcomes achieved.
It includes case studies, scientific research and pilot agricultural community projects that include rural and semi-rural.
The NRCS is requesting applications from qualified individuals and organizations that share a common interest in the conservation and restoration of natural resources throughout Mississippi.
