Burlington Redevelopment Project Uses Brownfield Program Grant

The grant will be used to cover costs of environmental cleanup at the seven-acre former Burlington manufacturing site that overlooks the Fox River. The site will be constructed with new apartment buildings. The city has committed a $500,000 grant and $150,000 loan for the project.
