Oak Ridge Considers Returning Grant

Oak Ridge might return the $480,000 grant given by Tennessee Department of Transportation and the $120,000 matching grant given by the Community Reuse Organization of East Tennessee.


According to the city officials, they will be returning the grant money because it could not cover half the cost of the renovations that need to be done to Jackson Square.
