Higher Education Partnerships - Dominican Republic is designed to accelerate institutional capacity development through partnerships and innovation between higher education institutions (HEIs) in the United States (U.S.) and partner countries that have a USAID presence.

Specifically to increase

credit:


the capacity of Dominican Republic HEIs to advise, support, and prepare marginalized youth, (including those with disabilities and women) along with their families and communities so that youth are empowered to reach their full potential through bridge programming between secondary and post-secondary education.
