Bay-Delta Restoration Program: CALFED Water Use Efficiency Grants

The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region, intends to issue a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), Bay-Delta Restoration Program:
CALFED Water Use Efficiency Grants, for a Grant Agreement(s) pursuant to the authority of Section 9504(a) of the Secure Water Act, Subtitle F of Title IX of the

credit: TRB Blogs


Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009, Public Law 111-11 (42 United States Code 10364), and Section 103(c)(1) and (d)(3)(A) of Public Law 108-361, CALFED Bay-Delta Authorization Act.

The principal feature of the work is to invite any State, Indian Tribe, irrigation or water district, or other organization with water or power delivery authority to leverage their money and resources by cost sharing with Reclamation on projects emphasizing water use efficiency and conservation activities that result in benefits for the California Bay-Delta.

Period of Performance is a two year period from the date of issuance.

BOR-MP-16-0002 was posted on the GRANTS.GOV web site, at www.grants.gov, on or about January 28, 201 6. The date for receipt of proposals is on March 28, 2016, no later than 2p.m.
